  • 1 (5 ounce) can Genova Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) package grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 (17.6 ounce) package pre-cooked lentils
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. Place tuna (and the oil it’s packed in) in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, chives and vinegar, tossing to combine.
  2. Heat lentils according to package directions. Stir into lentil mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
