Garlic & Tuscan Tuna Melt
Our easy Garlic & Tuscan Tuna Melt might just give the classic grilled cheese a run for its money.

Ingredients
- 1 5oz can Genova Yellowfin Tuna in Garlic and Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil, drained
- ⅔ cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1½ tbsp diced chives
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- unsalted butter, softened
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, chives, dill, and black pepper.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Place one of the bread slices on the skillet butter side down.
- Spread tuna mixture on top of bread and top with second slice of bread, butter side facing up.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Repeat to make another sandwich.
- Slice in half and serve!
