Garlic & Tuscan Tuna Melt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, chives, dill, and black pepper.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat. Place one of the bread slices on the skillet butter side down.
  4. Spread tuna mixture on top of bread and top with second slice of bread, butter side facing up.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Repeat to make another sandwich.
  7. Slice in half and serve!
